Full moon blessings. 🌝
This one feels like a biggy, as this is the last full moon of the year Im grateful that it shines its brightest light onto our lives, almost giving us the biggest glimpse of all of the things we have been carrying in heavy pockets, a chance to upturn the soil, to empty heavy bags, to take off the coat of overburdening and see things clearly for what they are. This moon helps us reflect, with love, to shed old layers and cycles and to step forwards into our power and authenticity. Today I have been sitting in this energy and acknowledging the things that do not align, haven’t aligned this year, where I have recycled my own patterns and what I’m willing to let go of.

Allow the full moon to be a place in time where you shine a light over your life, each facet and element of it. What’s supporting you? What’s feeling heavy? What people drain your energy? What people inspire you? What are you looking forward too and what steps can you now take to help you fulfill your higher purpose.

Let the moon guide you, feel the waves, you are strong, powerful and centred.

December Events ✨

December is here and it’s a beautiful time to unravel and rest. Hibernation mode is drifting in and our bones feel heavy in the need to become slower. I’m doing very little this month and feel very excited and grateful for the pause. I’m offering 3 workshops, two with waiting lists and a few spaces available for my Hartlebury Castle sound bath. Let’s slow down together, let’s reflect on the year, let’s surrender and connect with open hearts and warm hands. I hope to see you soon and if I don’t, have a beautiful winter. ❄️

I have a few spaces left on all workshops so you’re welcome to join me if you feel called.

Forest Sound Bathing 🌲

Come and settle within the beautiful forest space within the Wyre Forest. Sheltered within the Discovery Centre overlooking the forest we can rest within the heart of nature and her seasons. Watch the swaying trees, hear the birds sing and be guided into the most beautiful cocoon of relaxation and rest. This is a sound bath only session where participants lie (or sit) comfortably with blankets, cushions and personal comforts for the full duration. Enjoy a seasonal guided meditation at the beginning of the practice allowing the mind to unravel any busy thoughts, and notice that the body soon follows, and with gentle permission, you can rest.

Enjoy the sounds of crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, gong, rain stick & chimes. This is a gentle journey that helps soothe physical and emotional tension. Gently releasing the grip of stress and anxiety, these sessions will help you to find more clarity, space and quality of rest and sleep.

At the beginning you will be guided through a gentle body scan meditation to ease any physical and emotional tension, alongside spoken word you will hear gentle sounds of the bowls, drawing the mind into the soundscape that soon unravels. Essential oils, dark chocolate and oracle cards close the session together.

Here’s an appreciation post for my on his birthday! I want to share this because I want him to be celebrated, to share our adventures and acknowledge how amazing he is. We have done so many things together, so much in a small amount of time! The drive we both have to adventure and interests we share make this connection thrive, from our times away, from our love for nature, for our need to develop who we are as individuals, our quirks, our contrasts, our laughter, our playful hearts. To grow alongside you is a beautiful journey, here’s to adventuring and getting to know each other, together and solo. ⛰️⛰️⛰️

Jai Ma. I’m mothering myself, I’m holding myself, I’m honouring myself. These past few days my body has been telling me to slow down, I’ve been napping (not intentionally), I lay on the sofa and I’m asleep, but it feels good to let my body do what it needs to.

There’s a period of adaption when the seasons change, we will have subtle hints between every season, we are neither in the depths of the potent energy, it’s like we are within two worlds. Half and half, in the middle of the balancing scales.

I would like to you take a few minutes a day, maybe morning, midday or before bed, where you can sit with yourself and observe how you’re feeling. How does your body physically feel right now? With the changing weather? How is your mind moving? Are you feeling grounded, giving yourself permission to rest or are you overwhelmed and overstimulated?

Let your body guide you, honour its own internal seasons. Let this season and transition towards winter be a time of deep listening. Xx

Victoria’s Story

A teacher with an endless flare for curiosity.

Victoria has a love for nature, adventure, creativity and is all about inspiring play!

Victoria offers a spirited exploration into the movement of the body and the power of the mind. Classes offer a deep physical practice to help individuals build strength, flexibility and allow for full body conditioning. Delving into philosophy enables students to understand the depth of the ta***ic yoga system, why we do what we do in classes and taking the practice home to use in daily life.

Playful and challenging flows are introduced within each session, allowing the body to adapt, change and evolve. If we don't explore those edges beyond our comfort zones what will we learn about ourselves and others? We learn to enjoy our own company, we soften into the sensations the body creates, we take time to listen to our thoughts.
