I have just returned from beautiful Spain where me & Debbie of Omkari Yoga shared the most wonderful yoga retreat with beautiful people, surroundings & food!

This festival had such a great feel to it & we are please to be back in 2025 sharing workshops, ceremony, a stall & beyond!

Sofia here ~ we verrry rarely come on Facebook these days & been trying to update our page this week & add some things tp this page from my laptop & Facebook won't let me ... Stuck on a loop of a meta review page ... any ideas of what to do next as it won't let me move forward welcome!
