You are becoming more sensitive and it isn’t always easy to learn to work in turbulent energy, but yet there is also no better teacher, or learning ground than mastering working with your energy when things around you seem to be falling away. Take a breath and learn to trust your instincts.

You are going through big shifts and it is so easy to get caught up in the drama of other people’s lives and problems. It is also very easy to be distracted by your own. Most of this is caused by letting the mental energy become the ruler of your world. When this happens, Spirit wants you to look for a spiritual solution instead of numbing your mental and emotional world with activities and substances that keep you away from your true calling.💜

The energies have been extra high and many of you are becoming extra sensitive to the energies and emotions of others and your own. This gift doesn’t always seem so as you learning how to work and feel in it. So first of all be kind to yourself as you go through the process. Also remember that others are also going through this process, so remember to be kind to others. Release the judgements and focus on what it is that is truly important in all of this. Remember that only love is real and all of this other stuff is just illusions that often get in the way.💜

Begin with a brief meditation of connecting with the earth, then, set your intentions, carefully worded, to help guide the energy and structure of your day.
