This post on my story got quite a lot of love 🫶🏽 so for those that don’t watch my story’s here it is 📸 and for those that don’t watch my story’s most of the content I put out is there.
Just under 4 weeks into the fat loss phase here. I’m happy with how things are going, an aggressive deficit can often result in some strength loss and in that respect things aren’t too bad. Carefully calculated supplementation and nutrition has helped there.
This is a new mindset I’ve had going into this fat loss phase I don’t feel as stressed as I used to get doing them. I’d say that’s partly due to my knowledge accumulation from past fat loss phases and knowing how to manoeuvre around things that can crop up in life that are an inconvenience.
The people that stress over having the perfect fat loss phases are often more likely to quit and more likely make their physique look worse at points due to stressing too much.
Pressure is a privilege to a degree and is needed but unnecessary pressure can result in things falling apart quickly.
Most people just need a good nights sleep to get their mindset back on track and positive again, certainly not a massive binge 🙈
Training: 4 x per week. Upper lower split with an arm day
Diet: around 300 protein 400-500 carbs and 60 fat per day
