Did you know we offer a seated exercise class called moving matters?

Every Wednesday 10.30am at our bespoke studio on Mill Street, Kidderminster 💪🪑🏋️‍♀️

What are the benefits of seated exercise?

🌟IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING REFORMER CLASSES🌟

From TODAY any new class passes purchased for Reformer Pilates will be able to use on ALL reformer classes regardless of ability.

Anyone that currently has a pass your code is still valid for the class level you purchased.

We are introducing Mixed Ability classes into our timetable which should hopefully help more of you be able to access classes at times to suit. Our group classes are purposely small so we can cater to your individual needs 🥰

If you want to attend a mixed ability class but your code does not allow for this, just drop us a message 📧

Moving forwards, this should hopefully help everyone be able to access class as and when they need and hopefully encourage some of you longstanding beginners members to try improvers classes 😜

What’s On Spring

As well as our usual weekly classes as timetabled in the website, we also have some stand out events and courses coming up this spring:

Pilates & Paint:
When: Saturday 18th April

Teens Pilates:
When: Wednesdays from 15th April

And if you wish to gift any of the above events or gift a class, the website has voucher available for the perfect present. Recipients have 150 days to use the voucher and we can help guide them to the perfect choice.

Join us for Pilates (Mat or Reformer) followed by mindful candle painting where you will paint candles with your own designs. A selection of tea, coffee & a selection of pastries/cakes. All equipment will be provided. Just bring yourselves.

Meet Emma ❤️

Emma is an inspiring teacher and will be your biggest cheerleader 📣 creating fun and bespoke ballet and barre fitness classes for the wellness studios.

Emma and Camilla have worked together for years, previously running a dance school together as well as dancing professionally. Emma is a huge asset to the studios and we are so glad her classes are thriving - more coming soon 😜

Don’t be nervous to try Barre or Ballet Fitness they are great fun & an amazing workout!

Get confident with your balance.

Ageing is a wonderful thing, but also I think we think about the impact on our bodies too late - like something that happens to us far far into the future….

we encourage you to start thinking about this a lot sooner, to know bone density and joint instability starts decreasing in the 40’s (earlier for some) and to know that with some consistent habits put in place when your young, it will pay dividends later on.

Equally - as we come to understand so much more about bodies and how fluctuating hormones can effect a men & women, you may feel you’ve missed the boat to get on all this, I can assure you 100% you haven’t.

It’s important that no matter where you are in your life journey just ‘starting’ is the most important thing - if you’re unsure where to start, what to do, if Reformer or resistance Mat Pilates is something you’ll be able to do, don’t panic! Just contact us and we can guide you every step of the way from beginners level 💪🏼

I have seen first hand people over 60 transform their bodies having never done Pilates before, so it’s time to put your trust in the science and give this a go.
