What a fantastic event yesterday by the Oxfordshire Women’s Leadership Network (OWLN), hosted at the beautiful St-Anne's College, University of Oxford.

A huge thank you to Helen King for her warm hospitality and chairing of the panel on “Leading Across Sectors and Generations.”

We were privileged to hear from both Helen and Professor Lady Sue Black, who generously shared insights from their remarkable and memorable career journeys (anyone who was there think of 'liver' 🤢 😅 ).

A particular highlight was the Gen Z student panel, who offered refreshing and candid perspectives on their career aspirations, challenges, and the changes they hope to see as they embark on their careers in their chosen fields. Thank you for educating us ‘ladies from the olden days’ with such honesty.

It was a brilliant afternoon of learning, connection, and discussion, not to mention a fabulous lunch!

Lovely to catch up with Christina Nawrocki and Sharon Smits, sorry to miss you Nicola Rogan.
