🎄 Christmas & New Year Lesson Update – 1 Formula Fitness 🎄

Just a reminder to all our swimmers that regular lessons will break up on Monday 22nd December and we will be back in the pool from Friday 2nd January 🏊‍♀️✨

📅 Catch-Up Lessons
✔️ Friday 2nd January
✔️ Saturday 3rd January
✔️ Sunday 4th January

👉 Thursday swimmers: your catch-up lesson will take place on Monday 5th January.

💙 All lessons will then resume as normal from Tuesday 6th January.

A huge thank you to Pip, who has lovingly baked a beautiful selection of Christmas cakes for us this year. 🎅✨

They taste just as amazing as they look — the perfect festive pick-me-up after a swim, when you come out of the gym, or while you’re waiting for little ones in lessons.

🌟 A Special Congratulations to Chrissy! 🌟

From Holly, her very proud swim teacher 💛

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of teaching little Chrissy since she first came to us at just **15 weeks old**… and today, at only **2 years old**, she has officially graduated from Adult & Baby lessons! 🎓💦

Watching her grow in the water each week has been something truly special. Baby lessons really do make such a difference — the confidence, trust and skills they build from such a young age are incredible. And for us teachers, the bond we build with our swimmers is amazing. We see their little personalities shine, their bravery grow, and their love for the water blossom right in front of us.

Chrissy has worked SO hard and has now even jumped straight into a HUGE Ripple 2 with Jess! 🤩💙 Her confidence is unreal, and I’m honestly so proud of everything she’s achieved.

Well done Chrissy — keep swimming, keep smiling, and keep making those big splashes!
