Join Pembrokeshire's trusted home care provider with over 20 years' experience.

We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to manage 600 client hours and 30 carers across Pembrokeshire. You'll work alongside 3 other Coordinators with full support from our Registered Manager during your 3-month induction.

What makes this role different:

✓ No on-call duty (we have a dedicated call monitor team)
✓ 40 hours over 4 days (0700-1700 or 1200-2200)
✓ Permanent contract
✓ Extensive 3-month training and induction
