We’re hiring a Care Coordinator 📍 Pembrokeshire

Care in Hand, with over 20 years’ experience delivering elderly domiciliary care across Pembrokeshire and West Carmarthenshire, is looking for an ambitious and hardworking Care Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours over 4 days, including some weekends). Shift times are 7am–5pm or 12pm–10pm.

No on-call duties – we have a dedicated call monitoring team.

You’ll manage around 600 care hours per week and support a team of approximately 30 carers, ensuring rotas, care plans, compliance and quality standards are maintained to the highest level.

Salary: £30,700.80 – £31,200 per year
Driving licence required.
UK work authorisation required.

Full training and support provided during your first 3 months.

We're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to manage 600 client hours and 30 carers across Pembrokeshire. You'll work alongside 3 other Coordinators with full support from our Registered Manager during your 3-month induction.
