TEAM LEADER WANTED: HOME CARE - Pembrokeshire

We’re looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Team Leader to join our supportive and established home care team in Pembrokeshire.

The role

• Experienced, hardworking team player
• Strong background in domiciliary care
• Confident supporting carers and day-to-day operations

The package

• £30,700.80 – £31,200 per year
• 40 hours over 4 days
• Occasional weekends
• NO on-call duty

The support

• 3 months structured training
• Work alongside 3 other Team Leaders
• Clear career progression
• Supportive, friendly working environment
