The GP OOH service will be available for urgent problems that cannot wait until the surgery reopens in the morning.

💊 ONLINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS 💊

From the 1st January 2026 we will be moving largely to the online repeat prescription ordering service.

This makes ordering repeat prescriptions easy and convenient for patients, and can be done at a time that suits you.

Please enquire at reception for further information and to obtain your access code.

IT Systems updated statement at 15:00.

The Trust is continuing to experience significant issues with our IT systems which are having an impact on our services.
Work by engineers to resolve these complex issues is ongoing but disruption to services is likely to continue for some time.
Community services are expected to operate as normal tomorrow (Thursday).
Unfortunately, the majority of planned surgery and out-patient hospital appointments are being cancelled tomorrow. These will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
We ask that people avoid coming to our Emergency Departments unless absolutely necessary.
We apologise for any disruption. Staff are working hard to resume services as soon as possible. Further updates will be provided in due course.

✈️ TRAVEL VACCINE CLINIC UPDATE ✈️

Mourne Family Surgery will no longer be running a travel vaccine clinic service.

Patients who require holiday vaccines can access this service from private travel clinics.

📍 Kilkeel Bowling Pavilion, Mourne Esplanade

**PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN VENUE**

🅿️ Please park cars in left hand side carpark at the leisure centre and walk across the road to the bowling pavilion

Patients who are less able to leave their vehicle can attend Mourne Family Surgery between 11am-1pm where they can receive their vaccine while remaining in their vehicle.
