Free Women’s Winter Wellness Programme 🌿

Join us at Atticall GAC for a free Women’s Winter Wellness Programme, running on Monday evenings from 26 January to 2 March, starting at 7.30pm.

This programme will include a range of professional talks and workshops focused on women’s health and wellbeing, covering nutrition, strength and movement, look-good-feel-good sessions, menopause support, and sound bath meditation.

Week one kicks off with Optimal Health and Nutritional Education, led by Ciara from CM Nutritional.

The programme is hosted by Atticall Community Association, in conjunction with Atticall GAC, and supported by the Kilkeel Medical Practice MDT Social Work Team.
