We have had an emergency situation today, the practice was flooded when we arrived this morning. We have had to cancel some clinics this morning and have changed appointments to telephone calls. The practice remains open as the waiting area has not been affected. Whilst we dry out the affected areas today it would not be safe to hold face to face clinics. We will be back to normal tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience whilst.

⏰Flu and Covid Vaccination Clinic
On Saturday 4th October we will be holding a flu/covid clinic for those that are eligible. Text messages will be sent out with booking links early-mid September so please keep an eye out and book in with us. For those that are unable to attend on this date we will have other times/days to follow.

Prescription Line- from Monday 12th May we will be introducing a 24hr, 7 day a week prescription voicemail service. No need to wait and speak to someone during opening hours you can request your medication at a time that is convenient for you or more importantly when you have remembered you need it...😳😌
We are introducing this to help provide more options for our patients. For more information about the different ways that you can order your medication click on the below link

Good afternoon,
My name is Katie Davidson and I am the newly appointed Practice Manager at Mallard Medical Practice. I just wanted to send out a quick message being new to the team.
GP surgeries across the country are facing increasing pressures and challenges, I am pleased to say that I am working with a committed team who I will be working together with looking at our systems and processes and the ways that we can improve the running of the practice as well as our patient experience.
