Are you a parent or carer of a child aged 6-12 years old who shows ADHD type behaviour?
Online programme for support with behaviour, attention and emotional challenges. Details below 👇

Parents Plus: Children’s Programme (ADHD Focus) 🌟
Are you a parent or carer of a child aged 6–12 years who shows ADHD‑type behaviours?
Do you live in South Eastern HSC Trust, Belfast HSC Trust or Northern HSC Trust?
A formal diagnosis is not needed.
We are inviting parents to join our Parents Plus Programme — an 8‑week, evidence‑based course designed to support families with behaviour, attention, and emotional challenges.
⏰This programme will run online on Mondays from 10-12:30pm.
👨‍👩‍👧 What to Expect:
• Practical strategies to encourage positive behaviour
• Tools for age‑appropriate discipline
• Support with routines, communication, and emotional regulation
• A warm, supportive group led by two trained practitioners
This programme is ideal for parents who have concerns about their child’s behaviour and want practical, effective support.
