We’ve been made aware that someone has been calling tenants from 0330 174 1831, claiming to be working in partnership with our Housing Repairs team.

This number is NOT associated with the Council.

There will be times when we contact you to arrange repairs, but this will always be from 01563 555555. If you ever get a call and aren’t sure it’s really us, please hang up and call 01563 555555 to double‑check.

Remember to never share personal information like your name, address or bank details with unexpected callers.

Please share this with older or vulnerable neighbours to help keep them safe from scams.
