If anyone affected by the fire needs a beauty space to work from, we have room in our salon. We’re based on Kilmarnock High Street.
We have a beauty room with a sink, a nail desk and a hair station, so it would suit beauty therapists, nail techs or hairstylists who just need somewhere to keep their clients going while things get sorted.
I know we’re a bit out of the way from Glasgow, but we really wanted to offer the space in case it helps anyone who needs somewhere to work for the time being.
There’s no charge at all — just hoping it helps someone get back on their feet and keep their business running in the meantime.

✨ Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Reminder ✨

Just a little reminder to all my lovely clients 💗

I completely understand that sometimes things come up and appointments may need to be moved or cancelled. However, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests are made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Recently I’ve had a number of last-minute cancellations and changes and no shows, and unfortunately it has left gaps in my diary that are very difficult to fill at short notice. At times it has made me feel that my time and flexibility are being taken advantage of, which is never a nice position for a small business to be in.
Because of this, I will be more strictly enforcing my cancellation policy, and late cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to the applicable fee.
This policy is in place to protect my time and business and to ensure fairness for all clients who may be waiting for appointments. I always try my best to be as flexible and accommodating as possible and truly value your commitment to your treatments.
