Spring has sprung and The Easter Bunny has hopped into The Wards to visit ahead of their upcoming busy weekend! 🐰 🌼

This year the Easter Bunny has taken very good care of us and put lots of time and effort into making 2 beautiful Easter hampers and our lucky prize winners, Sharon, from our Reception Team and Dr Maqsood were both super happy to receive this amazing (and delicious) treat! 💛

We wish all our patient's and colleague's a Happy Easter! And also huge thank you to Alison for baking up a storm and lighting up all our faces with all the goodies brought in! 😋

Please remember we are closed Friday 3rd April and also Monday 6th April due to the Easter Bank Holiday. We will reopen again on Tuesday 7th April.

IMPORTANT PATIENT NOTICE

Dear Patients

We want to let you know that we will be offering a reduced service Thursday 9th April, as we are required carry out an essential upgrade to our digital patient system. This work is necessary to enhance the quality and reliability of the services we provide to you.

During this period, you may experience some temporary changes to the way we operate:

• We will not be able to take advanced bookings for appointments.
• Access to computerised records and information will be limited.
• We will not be able to process prescriptions.

Our team will still be here to support you and ensure that urgent and essential care is available. If you require medical attention or advice during these dates, please contact the surgery as you normally would.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to improve your experience with us. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your continued support.

Check the link below for a list of pharmacy opening times over the Easter holidays 🐇

This Easter bank holiday, GP practices will be closed on Friday 3 April & Monday 6 April 2026. Some community pharmacies will remain open during this period and can answer questions on choosing and using the right medicine and provide advice on treating everyday ailments. NHS 24 also has a number of pharmacists who are able to answer medicine and pharmacy-related questions over the telephone on 111.

Men’s Health Event 🧔‍♂️👨🧑👨‍🦳

Public Health are working with local partners including KA Leisure, Community Link Workers, Terrance Higgins Trust to bring you a this Health Event for Men.

Men in Ayrshire will be able to drop in at this community event with a focus on health and well-being. Ypu will be able to also book an appointment with KA Leisure for a health check (there will be limited appointments available on the day as well).
