Tonight’s the night 🎉

After months of hard work, dedication, and heart from our incredible chef Michael, we are finally opening the doors to our community café — and we couldn’t be more excited!

Join us this evening from 5pm to 7pm for a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a delicious three-course meal for just £4 (and kids eat free!).

Whether you’re local, visiting, or just passing through, we would absolutely love to see you there. This café is all about bringing people together, supporting our community, and creating something really special — and tonight is just the beginning.

Our amazing volunteers and the whole EACHA team will be there to welcome.

Come along, bring a friend (or the whole family), and be part of something meaningful 💛

A wee update for everyone this morning ☀️

We are no longer serving breakfast from the church halls. Instead, you’ll now find us at EACHA.

Everyone is very welcome to come along for a hot meal, a friendly face, and a relaxed, supportive space to start the day.

If you know anyone who would benefit, please help us spread the word — we’d love to see you there 💛🍳

😴 Alcohol might be stealing your sleep.

A drink might make you feel sleepy…
But alcohol actually:
• Disrupts deep sleep
• Causes early waking
• Reduces recovery overnight
That’s why many people wake up feeling tired even after 7–8 hours in bed.
Better sleep can mean:
✔ Better mood
✔ Better focus
✔ Better health
Imagine waking up refreshed every day.
