Last but not least, our Best Aristos Transformation trophy was awarded to Lorna Gibson, for her amazing transformation over the years - not just in terms of a physical transformation but also with regards to lifestyle and her amazing attitude towards health and fitness. Lorna started on our Group program over 9 years ago, before doing some PT and then personal programming - and she is now undertaking her Level 3 Personal Training course!

Again, Lorna has been a huge part of our community over the years, attending social events, throwdowns, zoom classes, outdoor workouts, taking part in competitions - and all whilst being a mum, gran and very successful within her career! A huge well done and thank you to Lorna.

Our next award was for the Most Aristos Smiles which was presented to Billy Reid! Billy has been a member with us for over 6 years, and never fails to show up with a smile on his face.

Billy will happily chat away to everyone in a class, and loves life out-with the gym - playing golf, tennis, cycling, taking part in running events and Hyrox to name a few! Inside the gym, Billy is also a huge part of our community, and loves a throwdown or social event. Billy - a huge well done and thank you from all of us at Aristos :)

Next up we have our Most Aristos Classes Attended trophies which were awarded to Cameron Sutherland, Karen Sutherland, and Nicola Aitken - who have all attended over 1100 classes!!! 

Cammy and Karen have been members for over 8 years, whilst Nic has been with us for over 9; and all have been a huge part of our Aristos community during this time - attending social events, Christmas workouts, Zoom and outdoor workouts during Lockdown, throwdowns and lots of classes! A huge well done and thank you to Karen, Nic and Cammy.

A huge congratulations to our Aristos 10th Birthday prize winners! 🏆🥳

First up we have our Most Aristos Legends Classes awards which were presented to Julie Halliday, Robin Halliday and Mairi McGarvie - who have all attended over 250 classes since our Legends (50+) program started over 3 years ago!

All three have been a huge part of our community from the outset, again attending our Ergathon, helping with photo shoots, being so welcoming to all of our new members and making amazing progress within the gym. A huge well done and thank you to Julie, Robin and Mairi.

This 8-week cycle alternates between A and B weeks, keeping the movements varied while maintaining the same focused training goals. Each session blends strength, mobility, and functional movement, designed to build capability and confidence both in and out of the gym.

Expect a full-body approach across the week — from push, pull, squat, lunge, and hinge patterns to targeted mobility time at the end of each session. Every workout is coach-led and tailored to your ability.

Over the next 8 weeks, we’ll be alternating between A and B weeks, keeping the exercises fresh while sticking to the same key training focus.

From upper body hypertrophy to posterior chain strength, VO₂-max progressions to our Saturday throwdowns, this block ensures no stone is left unturned in your training. Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and skill work — all progressing week to week.
