She had always been told she would probably struggle to conceive because of her PCOS. So when her husband’s fertility results were not optimal.

They decided not to wait, they were in a financial position to go private so they did. But she had been to one of my programs. She wanted to prepare her body to be open and ready to receive and hold a baby.

So they paid for her IVF and she began working with me to prepare her body. IVF wasn’t something she or her husband actually wanted but they felt they wanted a family so felt this was their only option.

So when she conceived naturally after her consultation appointment she was shocked. She had been trying for 2 years and nothing.

Sadly this pregnancy didn’t continue but it had shown her something.

When the clinic asked if she wanted to begin IVF after her miscarriage she opted to see what her body did. So they refunded her.

And both her and her husband followed my signature method and a few months later she was pregnant again and she birthed a beautiful girl into the world.

Women come to me all the time with a belief that their body can’t do something based on what someone told them in their teens.

When we remember the ground is always fertile and the body is always communicating we can listen to the body in a completely different way.

After loss, it isn’t just grief.

It’s panic.
It’s bracing.
It’s the quiet fear that whispers,
“what if this never happens for me?”

When she first called me, that panic filled the space.

And this is what most women aren’t told:

After repeated heartbreak, your body doesn’t just grieve it protects.

So our work wasn’t about forcing belief.
It was about safety.

Because belief doesn’t begin in the mind.
It begins in the body.

And when the body feels safe to hope again everything changes.

Where are you telling yourself you can’t have it all, you have to choose?

When what you desire comes with the belief that it costs you, you make decisions from lack not from the one who gets to desire her life around everything she desires.

I’ve lost count the number of times women have told me they left starting their family too late as they were waiting for promotion or for their business to be stable at a predictable income level.

So either they froze their eggs or they consider IVF before they are ready as they believe time is against them.

Or women that desire to follow their dream and create or grow their business but they are terrified it will mean they are not present with their children.

Or that they need to hide their ambition, their emotions, their fire to find the partner they are waiting for.

This all or nothing thinking is sneaky AF and it keeps many women on the edge of more, feeling frustrated and exhausted.

Waiting.

Unintentionally signalling “not right now” to the baby, the love, the visibility and the success they long for.

The bind that is living you!

When a woman returns to her truth…life rushes to meet her.

2 months ago at Living Brave Live, I met a 6-figure business coach. She told me she had frozen her eggs because she deeply desired a baby one day…but needed a “safety net.”

We spoke about the noise that surrounds fertility
the fear
the timelines
the pressure
the stories that make women question their body’s intelligence.

Most people think the body and the environment are separate.

But they’re not.

The way a woman inhabits herself is the way she will inhabit every room, every decision, every dream.

Clinical practice taught me to help women cope inside the systems that overwhelm them.

But coping isn’t sovereignty.

Holistic care inside a survival system is still survival care.

So I walked away.

Not because I didn’t believe in my profession…

but because I refused to keep practicing the domesticated version of it.

I didn’t leave Occupational Therapy.
I liberated it.

I returned it to the body - the vessel, the channel, the architecture of consciousness.

Because the body is where the truth lives first.

Before the symptom.
Before the collapse.
Before the diagnosis.

The Unbound Woman does not adapt her body to survive her environment.
She inhabits her body so fully that she transforms the environment around her.

This is not about managing dysfunction.

This is about activating sovereignty.

This is my work now.

This wasn’t because they made the “wrong” choice.
This was because their body never got to integrate the truth of that choice.

Babies don’t only come to stay.
Sometimes they come to initiate a woman into the hardest decision of her life….the moment she chooses herself.

And after that moment, many women try to bury it.
To move on.
To let it go.

But the body doesn’t forget.
It protects.

It holds the grief.
It holds the story.
It holds the moment she was never able to speak.

And that unspoken truth becomes the architecture that blocks receiving:

- love
- money
- creation

until it is brought home with love.
