NEW LOCATION - I have moved to The Microtech Building, 17-19 Hill Street, Kilmarnock, KA3 1HA
There is free, secure parking at the new location and you will get the barrier code in your confirmation text.
Look out for the purple Microtech sign on the street and I will meet you in the seating area at reception.
I have appointment spaces from 10th September onwards. Looking forward to seeing you all :)

Cherish a Little Moment of Calm with one of our relaxing holistic therapies. Harmonising mind, body and spirit with treatments you can trust.

Elaine Wilson is a fully qualified and insured professional offering Holistic Therapies from the Time to Relax Therapy Centre in Kilmarnock.

She is Western-School-trained in Sports and Remedial Massage, holds an HND in Complementary Therapies and a degree in Professional Health Studies.

Elaine discovered her love for holistic therapies while travelling in South East Asia and hopes to share the inner-peace she found there with all her clients.

Her experiences have inspired a journey of spiritual discovery which has led her to exploring the energetic side of holistic health. This passion for learning and growth means she is dedicated to researching health and well-being subjects with the aim of helping others to relax and de-stress in our fast-paced society.

She is a Reiki master and enjoys meditation, reading, Ashtanga yoga and being in nature. As a proud consultant for Neal's Yard Remedies, an organic, natural health and beauty supplier, she only uses Neal's Yard Organic products in her treatments.

Elaine Wilson Therapies began in 2016 and she has served many satisfied clients in this time. She holds a 5-star rating on Facebook and you can read some of the client's feedback on this site as they have kindly allowed their testimonials to be shared.

Elaine believes in putting clients first and each treatment is tailor-made to suit your requirements. The confidential consultation process helps to get to know you better so that all your requirements and questions can be taken care of.

The aftercare process is just as important as the treatment itself and there is no rush in leaving too quickly after your treatment. Your experience is important and anything you may want to ask or talk about after is welcomed.

Overall, Elaine takes pride in her professionalism, welcoming manner and easy going personality which has helped many clients feel safe that she has their best interests at heart.

Elaine is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and is insured by Holistic Insurance Services.
