At Scot Seat, we’ve always manufactured seating for commercial vehicles, buses, trains and boats, but classic and luxury cars have always been a real passion too.

My father, Alex, who sadly passed away last year, built a collection of classic cars that are still kept on site and form part of his legacy.

Bringing Trim Workshops Car Trimming and Upholstery Specialists into the Scot Seat Group is about continuing that passion and bringing it to life in a bigger way.

The space where the cars are stored will now also be used for customer projects, while being developed into something that celebrates the past and supports the future of the business.

As part of this new chapter, the Trim Workshops Car Trimming and Upholstery Specialists team is now based at the Scot Seat headquarters just outside Fenwick.

Bringing together our machinery and craftsmanship with Scot Seat’s manufacturing expertise opens the door to some exciting opportunities.

They offer full reupholstery, steering wheel retrims, car hood replacements, panel replacements, and complete luxury interior transformations.

We’re excited to introduce Trim Workshops Car Trimming and Upholstery Specialists as the newest addition to the Scot Seat Group.

Trim Workshop is a long-established trimming and upholstery company specialising in seat repairs, full custom retrims for classic, luxury and sports cars, as well as convertible hood replacements.

The Trim Workshop team will now be based at the Scot Seat headquarters just outside Fenwick.

By combining Trim Workshop’s machinery and capabilities with Scot Seat’s manufacturing expertise, we’re opening the door to some exciting new opportunities.

This is just the beginning of a new chapter, and we’re looking forward to bringing you along on the journey.

Introducing the ScotSeat Canine Conversion Kit 🐾

Known for some of the safest and most comfortable commercial and tactical seats, we’re now bringing that expertise to dogs with our Canine Conversion Kits.

There are two editions: the High Back Edition, for upright co-pilots who need extra support and harness points with mud resistant fabric, and the Low Back Lounge Edition, for relaxed travellers who can sit, curl up, or stretch out while staying safely harnessed.

Both feature mud resistant upholstery, paw friendly padded seating, harness points, and under seat storage for leads, balls, and emergency biscuits 🐶
