I know the world feels scary and uncertain right now.
There’s a lot of noise. A lot of fear. A lot of “what ifs.”
But pause for a moment.
Look at the helpers.
Look at the kindness that doesn’t make headlines.
Look at the friend who checks in.
The stranger who holds the door.
The people showing up, quietly, every single day.
Our brains are wired to scan for danger, because it’s a survival instinct.
But CBT reminds us that where we place our attention shapes how we feel.
When we gently widen the lens, we start to see it:
Compassion.
Community.
Courage.
Connection.
There is genuinely more good than bad in this world . It just doesn’t shout as loudly.
Today, try this:
✨ Notice three small acts of kindness.
✨ Be one small act of kindness.
✨ Let your mind collect evidence of good.
The world may feel uncertain, but goodness is still here. And so are you. 💛
