Sometimes it’s worth pausing and gently asking yourself
“Is this helping me build the life I want?”
If the answer is no, it might be time to consider letting it go, or at least loosening your grip on it.
This could relate to so many areas of life:
• a relationship
• a job
• alcohol or coping habits
• your health
• how you nourish your body
Change isn’t easy. Our minds are wired to seek comfort and familiarity. But growth rarely lives there.
Small, intentional shifts can create powerful change over time. You don’t have to overhaul everything at once. Just start by noticing what helps and what holds you back.
