Guys you know I'm alway banging on about the rubbish in supermarket food and their meat produce etc. I buy everything separately organic and prep it all but it can be really costly well I thought I'm going to give green chef a whirl and oh my word I had my first meal last night the prawns were the biggest I think I've ever seen an no water came out so real and juicy not pumped full of water or anything added either and all the ingredients fresh and high quality nutrient dense and absolutely delicious and unlike some of the others I've tried before they are in stock of the most popular or fav dishes

1️⃣ I slow the appointment down, even when the day’s running late.
Even when my inbox is full.
Even when I could “just tweak it quickly.”
Because rushed work is how people end up sitting in removal clinics six months later, wondering what happened.

2️⃣ I say the awkward thing out loud.
The “I don’t think this is right for your skin yet.”
The “this won’t heal the way you’re imagining.”
I’ve said it to clients in the chair and students mid-training — usually right before the room goes quiet.
That pause saves years of stress later.

3️⃣ I document everything properly.
Photos. Notes. Skin behaviour. Healing patterns.
Not because it’s aesthetic — but because future me doesn’t want to rely on memory when someone’s brows are fading and they’re nervous.

This is what my work actually looks like.
Not dramatic transformations.
Not rushing to the finish line.

Just consistent, careful decisions that mean my clients keep results natural — and my students keep their confidence.
