Thanks to all who attended our September catch up! It was really nice to see you all. We hope you enjoyed a wee blether & lunch with us.☺️
We also welcomed Mark, who visited from Home Energy Scotland.
Mark was able to give information on the service and support they can provide to households, individuals and carers with their energy usage or providers. ✨️

We actively promote walking weekly at the Dirrans Centre offering different distances to suit the needs of our referrals as part of their weekly rehabilitation support.
Please contact our rehab team if you might be interested in walking with us.

We're a member of the Movement for Health coalition.

Together, health organisations across Scotland are supporting people living with long-term health conditions to move in accessible ways. Walking supports symptom management, it’s free to do, and will help you to maintain your movement through treatments and rehabilitation.

Join a health walk and discover your path to better health.
