Yoga & pilates is such a great combination! After working a body area through pilates, we stretch it out bringing strength, flexibility and toning up our bodies. This combination works wonders on our deeper muscles as well, bringing more support to our bodies joints and supporting our bodies structure. Our physical bodies do so much to support us, so give your body a bit of love and gratitude back. 🙏

Unless we get hit with a heavy dump of snow, a tornado or my car blows up...Yoga will be on tomorrow evening as usual, 6pm start. Tomorrow we will be focusing purely on Yoga and finishing with a Yoga Nidra meditation. 🙌

Just a quick reminder that classes are starting back up tomorrow evening. If you're new to Yoga or have been doing it for a while, I offer classes to suit all abilities. I work through the Asana's or poses with you. In every class we practice breath work ( pranayama) & finish with a meditation. Yoga is an incredible way to bring a bit of peace into your life whilst gaining strength and flexibility, it's such a beautiful combination, working both your soul and body. You will need to bring a Yoga mat, although spares are available, dress comfortably and bring some water. Class starts at 6pm so get to the hall beforehand and find a nice space to relax before we get going. See you there! 🙏🧘💪💫
