Just a quick reminder that classes are starting back up tomorrow evening. If you're new to Yoga or have been doing it for a while, I offer classes to suit all abilities. I work through the Asana's or poses with you. In every class we practice breath work ( pranayama) & finish with a meditation. Yoga is an incredible way to bring a bit of peace into your life whilst gaining strength and flexibility, it's such a beautiful combination, working both your soul and body. You will need to bring a Yoga mat, although spares are available, dress comfortably and bring some water.
