๐Ÿ’š World Mental Health Day โ€“ 10th October ๐Ÿ’š

Your mental health matters. ๐ŸŒโœจ

World Mental Health Day is an important reminder to prioritise our mental well-being and support those around us. This yearโ€™s theme focuses on reducing stigma, raising awareness, and ensuring everyone has access to the support they need.

Mental health affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures. Taking time to care for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. Whether itโ€™s talking to a loved one, reaching out for professional support, or practising self-care, remember โ€“ you are not alone. ๐Ÿ’™

Letโ€™s work together to build an inclusive and supportive community where mental health is openly talked about and valued. ๐ŸŒฑ

๐ŸŽ—๏ธ Baby Loss Awareness Week โ€“ 9th to 15th October ๐ŸŽ—๏ธ

This week, we join others across the country in turning pink and blue to remember all babies gone too soon, and to support families affected by pregnancy and baby loss. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’—

Baby Loss Awareness Week is a time for reflection, remembrance, and raising awareness of the impact of baby loss. It also helps to break the silence, encouraging conversations and ensuring that bereaved parents and families know they are not alone.

If you or someone you know has been affected, support is available. Please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out to us or to the dedicated charities offering help and comfort during such difficult times.

๐Ÿ’œ On 15th October, the Wave of Light will take place, where candles are lit at 7pm across the world in remembrance.
