🎉 We did it — Sustainability Practice of the Year! 🌿🏆
I’m absolutely delighted to share that Kineton Surgery has won the Sustainability Award of the Year tonight.

This award means a huge amount to us because it reflects years of steady, thoughtful changes behind the scenes — and the incredible teamwork that makes it all happen.

A massive thank you to our brilliant Practice Manager, Chrissy, whose organisation and drive keep us moving in the right direction every single day.

Huge congratulations also to Dr Layton-Henry, our Senior Partner, for her leadership and the quiet hard work that often goes unseen but makes all the difference.

And finally, a heartfelt thank you to every member of our team — our reception staff, dispensary, nurses, pharmacists, HCAs, admin, and our wider ARRS and PCN colleagues. This award genuinely belongs to all of you. Your commitment, ideas, and willingness to embrace sustainable ways of working have helped us make real change for our patients and our rural community.

✨ Today, some of our wonderful PCN team are heading to London for the National GP Awards - where we’re shortlisted once again for PCN of the Year! We’re incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the recognition.

🤞 GP Awards Night! Wish us luck! 🤞

Tonight we are heading down to London with the Warwickshire East Primary Care Network team for the National GP Awards — and we’re absolutely delighted to be shortlisted again for PCN of the Year!

Our PCN brings together the five local surgeries, sharing brilliant staff — pharmacists, health coaches, social prescribers, care-coordinators, Active Monitoring, physio, and our care coordinator team — all working together to support our communities. I’m halfway through my three-year term as Clinical Director, and I’m incredibly proud of everything the team has achieved.

Also very excited that Kineton & Tysoe Surgery has been shortlisted for Sustainable Practice of the Year for our digital innovations: AI systems, automated blood-test processing, smart recalls, online surveys, and even our 24/7 medication robot helping patients collect medicines any time of day.

And a huge shout-out to our neighbours Southam St Wulfstan Surgery, also shortlisted in two categories tonight! Fantastic to see local surgeries being recognised for proactive and digital care.

Please keep your fingers crossed for us all — hoping we might bring an award or two back home to Warwickshire! 🌟🏆
