Here's the wonderful group I undertook the Mental Health First Aider training with!

Over the weekend these amazing people gave up their time to benefit the Community

They are all now trained first aiders.

The Foundation has now funded training of 45 mental health first aiders in the last 12 months.

Thanks to to for an excellently delivered course and to Connect Mind Care for facilitating.

I really love my job... I get to use so many different techniques... This is the latest piece of art... using K tape to aid the healing. Had the absolute pleasure of having my feet done with https://www.facebook.com/thefootfairy.uk yesterday. Super lady, professional, friendly and excellent at her job. I will certainly carry on seeing this ladybug keep my feet happy and healthy. Foot health is incredibly important and as a physiotherapist, I can't stress the importance enough.
