Scheduled First Aid courses for 2026 are on our website and are being held at our Riverside premises in King's Lynn PE30 2HD. These include 3-day FAW, 2-day FAWR, 1-day Emergency FAW and Level 3 Paediatric courses. We can also arrange onsite training anywhere in the region for a group of candidates. Contact us for details and availability.

We can also arrange the Mental Health Awareness 1-day courses on application. This course is open to anyone interested in being able to recognise if a friend or colleague is suffering and will give you a deeper understanding of anxiety, stress and depression and how to support or sign-post somebody. Cost is £120 per person and successful candidates will receive a nationally recognised certificate.

First Aid dates for 2026. We have scheduled dates for the first 6 months of 2026 on our website and are taking bookings. Courses are being held at our Riverside premises in King's Lynn. We can also arrange onsite training anywhere in the region for a group of candidates. Contact us for details.

This month we have a Mental Health Awareness 1-day course on 27th November which is open to anyone interested in being able to recognise if a friend or colleague is suffering. The course will give you a deeper understanding of anxiety, stress and depression and how to support or sign-post somebody. Cost is £120 per person and successful candidates will receive a nationally recognised certificate.

SAFEGUARDING
We are holding a Safeguarding course 16th January 2024 at our King's Lynn premises.
This is a new course we are offering for 2024 certificated through "Qualsafe". This is a 1-day course led by an experienced safeguarding tutor.
It is suitable for all professions including school staff. We can also arrange onsite training at dates and times to suit.

Mental Health Awareness Courses through P & K Training Services

Our First Aid for Mental Health course allows for discussion, sharing of experience and ideas - we don’t just tick boxes. We will be running 1-day courses throughout the year, next date for your diary Thursday 15th September.

Mental health awareness is something that is vital to everyone. This course gives you a strong understanding of what mental health is and how to support colleagues or friends who may have a mental health issue. It also covers the risk factors of mental health, the issues that people face as well as social attitudes to mental health.

A nationally recognised certificate is issued on completion of the course. If you would like to learn more, contact Angela for full details and costs.

Emergency First Aid at Work
Next HSE approved First Aid course is at The Old Bell, Saham Toney, near Watton on 14th March.
Special price of £95 pp including lunch and refreshments. Two or more candidates booking will cost £85 pp.
These courses are open to anyone who would like to learn first aid for work, leisure, sport or hobbies. We also run regular courses at our main training venue in King’s Lynn.
