Hello, I’m Jane. I’ve spent the past 14 years helping people who are struggling with their health find a way forward that feels realistic, supportive, and lasting.
Whether it’s digestive discomfort, food intolerances, diabetes, cancer recovery support, hormonal changes during peri-menopause and menopause, or simply wanting more energy — I create tailored programmes that combine clear guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and in control again.
I believe nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful. My approach focuses on real, delicious foods, helping you understand how your body works and what it needs, and finding routines that fit your life.
