Wee lassie Dance party in the woods!
Ages 6-8

July 23rd 12-2pm
Loch Kinghorn, Fife
£15

Meeting at Loch Kinghorn, we will take a short walk to a nearby woodland location (inhabited by a magical elderly tree) and boogie on down to your favourite songs (by request!)

After our woodland dance part we will move indoors to the integrative holistic practice for a soothing sound bath and some yoga.

Dancing happening rain or shine! 🌞 🌧

£15 per wee lass.

Blessed new moon ☾

Oh how we love the moon at wee lassies tea party!

We love to moon gaze, sing to the moon, dance under the moon, and get quite excited when the new moon arrives as this is the time to plant our seeds of intent (or wishes as some may say) for the month ahead.

Wishing you all a magical new moon day today. Dream big! ✨

As children begin to mindfully observe the natural world, they become empathic towards the web of life we exist within.

Connection fosters care, enlivens reciprocity, and at wee lassies tea party we believe that if trees and flowers could smile, they would surely be smiling when we stop to pay attention to their magnificence.

𝓑𝓵𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓮𝓭 𝓢𝓸𝓵𝓼𝓽𝓲𝓬𝓮 ☀️

Magic & mysticism are said to be strongest during the summer solstice; It is a time when the naural laws are suspended, and spirits & faeries can contact humans. It is a time of celebration, charged by the light of our all giving sun.

Yesterday we had our first wee lassies tea party at the beautiful

What a magical day ☀️ 🌈 🌲

🌱 We stretched, moved, and connected with our bodies.

🌸 Made gratitude offerings of herbs & spring water to the tree’s and flowers, and learned how to ask for permission before taking from nature.

🌲 We learned how to connect with the trees and earth, using our breath to take in their strength and support.

☀️ We wandered in the woods, discovering plants that can be used as medicine and food

💜 We practiced leadership & strengthening intuition - each wee lady had a turn at being the guide for the rest of the group, sharing movement for us to follow, and taking us to the nature spots she felt the most guided to.

🫖 To top it off we lay outside (in a light sprinkle of rain 💧) and watched the clouds, drank elderflower cordial out of fancy tea cups, ate fruit, and finished with a sound bath ~ dance, with tuning forks, gongs, rattles and drums.

What a fantastic day! 💕
