I'm warming up to a Sugar-free month during May. I started on Monday and realised it needed to be the whole of May. So this week, I'm practising cutting out all refined sugar....but still eating fruit.

Why, you may ask? Surely you eat a health diet? I have discovered how insidious sugar is, creeping in with my daily dark chocolate, my daily healthy vegan ice cream, and so many other small additions eg cornflakes, ketchup etc that it all adds up.
