Beginners & Easy level Pilates

Come join our new Matwork Pilates class starting beginning of January.
This is an ideal start for people wanting to learn more about pilates,
To find & strengthen the core muscles, improve your posture, regain flexibility, improve balance & general total body strengthening.
Classes will include exercises performed in standing, kneeling & lying on the mat & may include use of hand weights & resistance bands.
All ages welcome
• Friday 10.20am – 11.20am
• St Pauls Church, Chipperfield, WD4 9BQ
• Spring term is 11 weeks £132 (but can be booked as a 6 week block £72 to start with)
