What a beautiful evening we shared at Drum Dreaming - re named by one of the group this evening ‘Wild Warrior Women’ a gathering for women to express themselves through drumming.
Sitting together in circle, the space was filled with love, rhythm, laughter and connection. Each of us brought our own unique beat, yet together we created one powerful sound. A truly heart-opening experience.

Thank you so much to all the women who came along and shared the circle. Your presence made the evening so special, so grateful to Lizzy Pawsey for bringing the circle to a close with such gentleness at Modbury Therapy Centre

Our HandPan Sound collaboration Eremos: The Gift of Quiet in a World of Noise

To say I’m excited about this collaboration is an understatement. I’m absolutely thrilled to be working with Lyndon Forster, a truly wonderful HandPan player and human.

Together we will be creating a live, acoustic sound journey, using world instruments renowned for their resonance and vibrational qualities, weaving Lyndon’s new piece of work Expressions of Eremos an exploration of solitude, wilderness and time. Of retreating to nature for inspiration, and soul nourishment.

We invite you to join us in beautiful Angel Hall for an evening exploring Eremos inviting you to rest, to explore, to listen, a lay-down experience, allowing you to fully receive and be held by sound.

Mats, blankets, bolsters & lavender eye pillows supplied.

Beautiful Sound Meditations

The last few years have taken me on a journey into the joy and benefits of Sound Therapy, following 30 years of teaching Adults with learning difficulties, mental health problems and challenging behaviour often using sound and meditation within my teaching. Being brought up as a Quaker much time as a child was spent in silent contemplation. As an adult, until a few years ago Meditation in silence too.......until I experienced a Gong Bath, the vibration took me into a place of deep rest that I had not experienced to such a deep level before and my thirst for knowledge about the use of sound in meditation was truely lit! Since then I have studied Sound Therapy, Meditation and developed a regular practice and now off group sessions around the South Hams in Devon. Beautiful Sound Meditations using the Hang, Gongs, Hand pans, Tibetan Singing bowls and instruments from around the world to create sounds resonance and vibration. The intention, to lead participants to a place of deep relaxation.
