URGENT. Would anyone in the Devon /Somerset / Cornwall areas be willing to look after Bingo for a couple of weeks beginning of May or thereabouts.

His foster has some commitments which means she cannot have Bingo for a 2 week period.

Long term we are looking for a perfect forever home or alternatively a 'second home' for Bingo to stay in at various times (flexible) to prevent him going to kennels full time.

His foster adores him and we just want him to find his place in life because he such a special boy.

🐶 Currently in foster in Devon. Bingo is the most wonderful dog with a few little quirks and is looking for someone to accept him and love him regardless.

❤️ Bingo is a Velcro dog and loves human companionship so would flourish in a home where people are around most the time. With sensible introductions he would do very well with calm doggy companion. He recently has been living with a puppy and has been very gentle and tolerant and enjoyed plenty of play time!

🥺 He’s a little wary of new people but this is improving all the time. He would love a quiet peaceful home where he can lie in the sun or be by your side getting belly rubs.

🐕‍🦺 Bingo is roughly 4 years old and is a staffie/lab cross. Experience with bigger dogs would be great as he is quite a strong boy, although very gentle in nature. He needs continued training with walks as can be slightly anxious at times but he walks well on the lead. Bingo can match your activity level so would adapt to most levels of lifestyle.

💕 Bingo is most happy at home with his people and gets very attached to those in his life. He loves a cuddle on the sofa of an evening and he has so much love to give. He frequently will put his paw on your arm and gaze up at you with his best puppy dog eyes. If you can offer him a place please pop us a pm 📩

In the area of Audley Rise Newton abbot. Please can you check your garages. She dose go for wanders but this time it's a long one and I worry she got looked in somewhere. She should have a culer on she not lost it .

We’d like to speak to the man pictured in connection with a serious assault that took place outside Circuit nightclub on Canon’s Road, Bristol in the early hours of Sunday 18 January.

Officers believe the man, who is described as black, around 6ft 2in tall, with short black hair and a goatee, wearing a black and green camouflage style jacket, grey trousers and silver trainers, may be able to aid their enquiries after a man in his late teens was punched to the face and suffered a broken jaw.

The victim required hospital treatment following the incident, which happened at around 1am.

A recovery operation is taking place to re-position the rock armour at Beesands which was damaged during the recent storms.

Due to the urgency in completing these works our contractors will be working this Saturday and Sunday.

The works involve the use of heavy machinery, and it's vitally important that we keep the workforce and the public safe. Please take extra care if you are in the area this weekend and keep a safe distance away from the works area.

Landmarc Environmental Engineering is currently carrying out works along the Slapton Line in response to rapidly changing coastal conditions.

All work on site is being delivered in line with the explicit instruction of council appointed engineers and specialists. Landmarc is not responsible for decision-making on the scheme; our role is to carry out the agreed works safely and efficiently.

Being local residents ourselves we share the strength of local feeling and concerns of all who care deeply about this historic and precious stretch of coastline. While we are a visible presence on site, we are working as part of a much wider team to support the agreed response in the clean up operation. 🌊
