💗VALENTINE’S DAY RITUAL💗

Join Sian (.holistic) at Sunnd for a deeply restorative sacred steam ritual on Valentine’s day.
Each round carries its own intention, supported by aromatherapy ice balls, herbal infusions and scrubs, leaf-whisking and gentle nervous system regulation.
We’ll honour this slow, inward-turning season with grounding breath, transformational heat, and a slow and quiet return home as a deep act of self love this valentines day.
Herbal tea will be served afterwards to warm you up and shift you slowly to the outside world.

Merry Christmas from us at Sunnd!

We hope everyone has had beautiful days offline and spending time with family or friends.
We’re open on the 27th and 28th and then again on New Years Eve and New Year’s Day to allow a peaceful and gentle reset of body and mind before the start of 2026.
