It’s been a tough week……and who said running a business would be easy.

Project delays, weather delays, and in general, things “ just not going according to plan”
However we at Charteroak (South West) Limited are a team and it’s important to remember where we started and how far we’ve come………it shouldn’t be easy, or everyone else would be doing it……and someone once said to me….”Hard work is never easy, and easy work is hard to find”

So we have been racing through many jobs, in Topsham, Okehampton and Totnes. A new garden roof, access ramp and landscaping alterations to add to the long list of achievements this year and have another large job starting in two weeks time.

We have a special announcement at the end month, which will also add to the workload and see us into the New Year 2026 with a bang!!!!!!

So we at Charteroak (South West) Limited have been busy……..really going well completing 42 small/medium jobs in the last 30 working days.
But now we have commenced a really prestigious project in Topsham, Exeter. This involves the refurbishing of a garden topped garage complex, with steel work repairs and new roof covering, with then a brand new landscaped garden on top.
Right……… where did the sun go???????? ☀️ 🌦️🌧️

Summer Holidays……. Not really. We are busy working on a number of projects for various clients. One of which is the Devon Partnership Trust, in conjunction with Kirkham Board Associates, and rebuilding a retaining wall at the Redhills Centre in Exeter.
With a large traffic management presence and a good portion of a very old wall taken down we are in the final straight in getting the job completed……….its really starting to come together.

We may have more exciting news in the next few weeks…….
