This breathwork takes inspiration from an ancient Sanskrit mantra chant "Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu", which translates as 'May all being be happy and free'. You are invited to welcome in the vibration of this mantra, and breathe in the gift of freedom and happiness it wishes for all.
