Gemma has recently been commended by a social worker in Hull for the incredible support she’s provided to a service user.
Leanne, Social Worker, shared: "Gemma has gone above and beyond to support her Client. She communicates really well with him and has taken the time & initiative to support him with his bills and finances. He's come a really long way and has gained a lot of confidence."
Rachael, Hales Homecare Hull Registered Manager, commented: "I am incredibly proud of Gemma. It’s evident that her patience and dedication have helped Kevin grow in confidence and independence, this is exactly the kind of person-centred care we strive for."
