💭Let’s think about ANGER! 😡

🤔 Does it take over your day/week etc?
🤔 Can you acknowledge where you feel it?
🤔 How do you deal with it?
🤔 What triggers it?
🤔 What’s your release/outlet?

Here’s some ideas below to help you manage the feeling of ANGER! 😡

🌻Try to do some journaling and reflect on what’s bothered you.

🧡 Do a workout, dance or yoga, there are free ones on YouTube so no need to cost money to go to the gym or classes.

🚶‍♂️Go for a run or walk

🫣 Intensive cleaning (or maybe not). 😀 But some people like this and it helps shift the feeling.

🗣️Talk to yourself with compassion and empathy as you would talk to a friend who is struggling.

🤛Clench and release your fists 10 times whilst breathing slowly.

👐Give yourself the Butterfly hug

😱Scream into a pillow. (Make sure you feel safe to do this).

🎶Play some music loud, and even dance around.

📝 Write a letter(this helps you vent in a safe way).

😂 Watch a funny video or film. 🍿

⬇️This is why you should try not to worry about it.

👥The future only exists in our own imagination and when we worry about what MIGHT happen it tends to pulls us away from what IS actually happening for us in the present.

💡Most worries never come true and what people worry about either don't happen at all or aren't as bad as expected.
(Try not to worry about what has not happened).

🌻The present moment will always be where your power is. The choices you make shape your future.

Here’s some tips to help you. 🌻

🧡Text or call someone you haven’t
talked to in a while. (Connection is good).

💛 Step outside and get some natural light. ☀️

🧡Write down things you are grateful for. ✍️

💛 Do one tiny self care thing. (A bath, facial, a walk, coffee with a friend etc). Or find things that don’t have to cost money. I mean look at those Highland Cows. 🐄
An autumn walk 🍁 Collect some leaves paint them, collect shells or stones. Colour in a book.

🧡Listen to songs they make you feel good, or feel good films/comedies.

🌻If you’re struggling and need some help, I can offer therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or a combination of both.
