Struggling with early knee pain?

Incorporating these three exercises into your routines can really help in the reduction of this pain. Each exercise is used to target & strengthen the surrounding muscles of the knee, without over-loading the knee itself.

💪🏼There’s still 1 week left available to receive 25% off any service booked in with Evie, so book now to avoid disappointment!

Following an ankle sprain, it’s not just about reducing pain -> it’s about rebuilding strength, control and confidence from the ground up.

To prepare for upcoming dance competitions, we incorporated some initial proprioceptive work in today’s session.

Proprioceptive work enhances the sensitivity of mechanoreceptors around the ankle joint. For dancers, we can use it to help control the positioning of the foot and ankle during constant, repetitive jumping and turning movements.

🏋️‍♀️There’s still some time to enjoy 25% off all services booked in with Evie before the end of February!

Rehab that actually relates to you.

In this session, we’re using elements of Action Observation Therapy — recreating real-world movements to mirror the demands of our client’s sport.

Not only does this improve balance and proprioception, but it also builds confidence by making rehab specific, functional, and engaging.

We don’t just hand out generic plans — we listen, understand your goals, and tailor your rehab to reflect what you actually need on the field, in the gym, or in everyday life.

Return to Play: Hamstring Rehab in Action 🏃‍♂️

As we move toward the final stages of rehab, it’s no longer just about healing — it’s about restoring performance.

This phase is all about applying strength to movement:
🔁 Acceleration drills
⏸️ Deceleration control
⚽ Sport-specific patterns
🔄 Multi-directional running

The goal? To reintroduce explosive demands safely and progressively, while building confidence in the hamstring under real-world conditions.

Every movement is purposeful — replicating the unpredictability of sport, preparing the body to perform, and reducing the risk of setbacks.

🎯 Return to play isn’t a timeline. It’s a process.

From pain to performance.
Here’s a look at some of the mid-to-late stage rehab work following a hamstring tear 💥

At this point in the journey, the focus shifts to:
✅ Controlled strength through full range
✅ Eccentric loading & tolerance
✅ Sprint mechanics & return-to-play prep
✅ Reducing re-injury risk through progressive loading

It’s not just about recovery — it’s about restoring confidence, control, and capacity to meet the demands of movement and sport.

Rebuilding from the ground up.
Here’s a quick look at some of the early-stage rehab we’ve been working on following a meniscus repair.

Right now, it’s all about:
🔹 Regaining control
🔹 Building strength safely
🔹 Laying the foundations for long-term recovery

Progress doesn’t always look flashy — but this phase is critical for a full return to movement, sport, and confidence.

📈 Consistency, patience, and the right plan = results.

Hard work, consistency, and progress 🔥

Lib’s been putting in the graft post-ACL reconstruction, and today she hit her heaviest lift yet in the gym — a massive milestone in her recovery!

We’ve also been working through movement progressions and ran a quick strength test to monitor where she’s at… and the results are speaking for themselves 💪

Every week, another step closer to full strength — onwards and upwards 👏

Alex’s progress just keeps getting better 👊
Why? Because we don’t guess — we test.

At Latus, regular strength testing is a key part of our rehab process. It helps us track real progress, highlight imbalances, and adapt your plan based on real-time data — not just feel.

Using our E-Gym smart technology, we’re able to test and retest to ensure:
✅ You’re consistently improving
✅ Your rehab plan stays 100% tailored to you
✅ We target the right areas, at the right time

Progress isn’t just about hard work — it’s about smart, informed work.
Let’s keep building, Alex 🔥
