Last week I celebrated The Therapy Rooms 1st birthday 🥳

I celebrated by taking my own advice that I give to others and had a lovely self care day at a spa.

I want to thank everyone for your love and support on this journey - and most of all my wonderful clients for trusting me 🤎🤎🤎

Today I received another certificate which I am super proud of! I’m feeling very grateful for all the support I have received from my friends, family and therapy community! Most importantly I’m extremely grateful to all of my clients for trusting me and sharing their journeys with me ❤️

I love this part of my job, exploring with clients who they are, their likes, dislikes, wants and needs, what changes they would like and their hopes, goals and aspirations. 🤎

The office now has total privacy for myself and my clients 🙌

I have had frosting installed next to the main door and the main window now has a privacy film installed meaning we can see out but no one can see in 🎉

Thank you to SolarFrost Window Films - extremely efficient from coming to visit a couple of months ago to take measurements to turning up today to install 🙌

From the team at Space2BHeard CIC a new Therapeutic Support Group for people experiencing the following worries and concerns:

Does the cost of living worry you at the moment?
Do you struggle with financial anxiety?
Do your current financial worries affect your mental health?

If the answer is yes then this FREE 8 week course may be for you.

Money Matters is a support group aimed at supporting people with anxieties related to today’s cost of living and financial anxieties we may be feeling.

The group will hope to give people support around:

Managing Anxiety
Exploring our relationship with money
Practical support
Self-development
Positive changes

The next group starts Wednesday 8th May. The Daytime course will be 12 – 2 pm and the evening course will be 6 – 8pm (still places available on both times).
