Proof is in the pudding and Maria doesn’t hold anything back. Now using 2 tape measures to show the cm lost around her entire body! We have encountered many life and health issues along the journey and still we keep plugging in and has taught us that you cannot put a price tag on your life ♾️ ♥️

We’ve had a busy week in the studio and we’ve come to the point where we want to invite you along to start the journey you’ve been waiting for;

Deepest apologies people we’ve been a tad MIA 🫣
Easter was lovely catching up with all the kiddies and even better for those changing their lifestyle to live healthier and happier life style

We’ve had members losing children’s height in CM’s, length of legs around the mid section, 4 dress sizes. Self confidence flashing before their eyes and thinking why didn’t I choose this sooner 🙌

On mum said today “I’m a big kid and I love chasing my kids in the park and going down the slides, now I can do it easier and feel better in health 👏

Well what a time to be in the studio 💪

- We’ve had an anniversary of the one and only Maria 👏
- We’ve had returnees after illness 🤒
- WE’VE had our first Herbalife baby - congratulations - Marc and Steph I can confirm Olivia is GORGEOUS! 👶
- We’ve had end goals reached and new intentions set 👙

Each of which started the same as you can. We have limited availability this week but still have some available slots next week for your free wellness evaluation (worth £50).
