Between April and September 2025, Action Fraud received 2,790 reports of Winter Fuel Payment scams, with losses totalling over £27,000.

Please remember:
✔️ Winter Fuel Payments are made automatically
✔️ You do NOT need to apply or respond to any messages
✔️ Any text message about Winter Fuel Payments is a scam

You can report suspicious text messages for free by forwarding them to 7726.

If you believe you’ve been a victim of fraud:
📞 Contact your bank immediately
🔎 Report it to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk or by calling 0300 123 2040

We’re really proud of our staff who have been taking part in this month, raising money and awareness for men’s mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

We’re delighted to welcome Luis Camara to PFH as our new Independent Living Services Manager! 👋

Luis joins us in a newly created role that will drive forward our Independent Living agenda, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred support that helps them live independently, confidently and safely in their homes.

Since joining PFH, Luis is already finding the role exciting and full of potential and shared that it “already feels like I’ve joined one big family.” 💜

Outside of work, Luis has a love for cooking, classic cars and commercial airplanes and if he ever wins the lottery, you’ll find him travelling the world attending every Formula 1 Grand Prix! 😅
