We are delighted to announce that our annual Carers Christmas Carols will be taking place on the 3rd of December.
The event is from 10am - 12pm at Hull Minster , and all are welcome.
We will have the New Park Singers there, as well as mince pies and hot drinks for all.

It can feel like a lonely experience and some patients, who are unable to communicate with friends or relatives. You will be the person who will help our patients feel more connected by chatting to them.
You will have the potential to transform patient and carer experience and support our team resilience!

Paul for Brain offers support to individuals and families affected by Brain Injury. The Social Activities sessions are offered to service users affected by brain injury. We are looking for Volunteers to support this service. Various hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays available. Once a month a group may run for 1hr 30mins for extended social time. This role can be carried out on an ad hoc basis City Health Care Partnership CIC have obligations to ensure competence and safety and therefore the volunteer will be required to undertake statutory and mandatory training to undertake this role.

What Roles do you Have?
There are many ways that you can support CHCP as a volunteer. Some of the current roles we have include:

•Admin roles
•Volunteer Drivers
•Tea Bar volunteers
•Group support roles
How much time do I have to give?
There is no minimum number of hours that you have to give to us. Where possible we will tailor the role to you and your availability, whether that be once a day or once a month.
