✨ All you need to know about laser treatments ✨
Laser therapy is one of the most effective ways to improve skin health, reduce unwanted hair and treat a wide range of concerns — but many patients still wonder how it actually works. Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often.
🔍 Laser vs IPL – what’s the difference?
IPL uses scattered light, so it’s less precise and usually requires more sessions. Laser delivers concentrated energy exactly where it’s needed, giving stronger, more predictable results.
📅 How many sessions do you need?
Most patients need around 6 sessions, but it depends on hair thickness, colour, skin tone and hormonal balance. Thicker and darker hair responds best.
🪒 How to prepare for your appointment?
Shave the area before treatment so the laser can target the follicle during the growth phase. Sessions are scheduled every 4–8 weeks depending on whether we treat the face or the body.
