Come and join us for a Community Christmas meal ๐ŸŽ„โ›„๐Ÿฅฐ

In this season of giving and sharing, peace and love- youโ€™re invited to join our inclusive space where everyone is welcome and everyone belongs.

We want this to be a space where people of all faiths and none can join together over shared food, creating community together and showing that we are united.

We will serve a traditional main course, and we have volunteers bringing multicultural deserts. All with music, fun, crackers and more.

Join us from 3pm for music and fun, with food served at 4pm.

Itโ€™s all free- just come and join in!

We are grateful for funding from Hull City Council and MHCLG that is enabling this to happen.

November is Menโ€™s Mental Health Awareness Month, a time dedicated to highlighting the challenges men face when it comes to mental health and to encouraging open conversations.

The figures shown on the image show that menโ€™s mental health problems are not rare or isolated โ€” they are common, but too often go unspoken. Social pressures, cultural expectations or the belief that talking about emotions is a sign of weakness can make it harder for men to reach out. But mental health difficulties are a normal part of life, and seeking help is positive and courageous.

Mental health challenges for men can arise from a wide range of factors. Recognising the signs of poor mental health early (such as ongoing tiredness, irritability, withdrawal or loss of interest in things once enjoyed) can help people take action before problems worsen.

For further support, please go to https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/mental-health-services/ or contact your surgery.

We are currently having some technical issues with our phones. This has severely limited the number of call handlers currently able to take calls.

We anticipate over the next hour or until the situation is resolved we will have larger than normal queues on the phones.

Our online econsult and NHS App services are working as normal.

We appreciate your patience at this time.
