**The Role**
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support project delivery from design approval through to manufacture and delivery 🗂️. This key role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment.
You’ll work closely with clients, designers, and factory operatives, ensuring projects move efficiently through the production process while maintaining quality and programme expectations. The ideal candidate is methodical, dependable, a problem-solver, and capable of coordinating complex projects and evolving schedules 👍.
**Experience**
Knowledge of furniture production and manufacturing is essential. AutoCAD experience is desirable 🖥️.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Drawing & Design**
• Confirm customer requirements and obtain approval prior to manufacture 📝
• Review and coordinate drawings to ensure accuracy for production
**Project Management**
• Plan, control, and deliver projects efficiently within agreed timescales
• Ensure all work conforms to company quality standards
• Qualify materials for procurement and ensure essential purchases are made
• Produce cutting lists, work sketches, loading lists, and CNC programmes
• Calculate material requirements using optimisation software
• Maintain and update project information throughout the project lifecycle
**Production Coordination**
• Liaise with factory operatives regarding cutting lists and production progress
• Coordinate production sequencing to support efficient manufacturing flow
• Monitor timelines and highlight potential risks or delays ⏳
**Client Communication**
• Communicate with clients regarding progress, queries, or potential issues
• Maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle 💬
**Documentation**
• Ensure the return of documentation following installation
• Produce O&M manuals and as-fitted drawings
**Candidate Profile**

**Salary & Benefits**
**Salary:** £33,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience). The top end reflects candidates with relevant experience in manufacturing coordination, project planning or production scheduling.
