Innovations in Care Ltd - Day Centre Services & Supported Living.

Innovations in Care Ltd offers a wide range of services to adults who access health and social care services. Our ethos is not to learn about people by reading books, we learn about people by spending time with them, listening to them, observing, them, and caring for them. This approach enables our specialist support teams to get to know people on a personal level that allows us to meet their needs.

Innovations in Care - Day Centre (72-74 Clarence Street Hull) offers an environment where individuals can come together to socialise, have fun, be cared for and to learn new skills or to maintain skills they already have. Each person will be offered the opportunity to be assessed by our Centre Manager, support team, Care Manager, family and most importantly the person themselves!! All support plans are unique and are inclusive of activities and support agreed by the person and their families.

Outings, visitors and entertainment is key to our inclusive packages, being a part of the local community and society is paramount to supporting each person to live their life to the full offering care and support as required. Innovations in Care Day Centre integrate with our sister companies which include early years day services, and residential care. This ensures we mix with older and younger people when we may not always have the opportunity to do so in our own lives.

Innovations in Care - Supported Living allows specialist support to be offered to individuals whose desire it is to live independently in the community in supported accommodation. Our Day Centre staff offer many opportunities to support people who want to learn life skills, numeracy and or literacy skills, cooking and baking skills, housekeeping skills, managing budgets. Innovations in Care Ltd are able to offer supported living packages to individuals which offers seamless transitions between living at home to living independently with support.
