Our Tai Chi sessions with its slow, controlled, and flowing movements support balance, strength, and flexibility, while the meditative focus can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting calmness and overall mental well-being. By synchronizing breath with movement, we can experience deep relaxation.

Tai Chi is low-impact and helps us follow instructions and work collaboratively, which has a positive influence on our choreography and group performance. It also serves as an energizing and gentle way to prepare our bodies for the day ahead or a wind down at the close of the day.

We were delighted to welcome a very special visitor to CASE yesterday β€” the Lord Mayor of Hull 🌟

It was an honour to show her around our departments and introduce her to our amazing trainees. From the smiles and conversations captured in these photos, we hope she enjoyed her visit as much as we did.

Our trainees were thrilled to meet the Lord Mayor and proudly shared the fantastic work they’re doing across their departments. It was a truly memorable day for everyone! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

The Lord Mayor was also updated on our exciting projects by the GROW team, while sampling the delights of our Red Cabbage and Beetroot.

Jess has done an amazing job in the main kitchen.
She made the sausage and bean puffs, prepared the breakfast ingredients on trays, and used the oven to cook everything.
She then presented the food on the hot holding unit and even served our lovely customers.

A great achievement for Jess β€” well done!πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
