NTE Academy Ltd is pleased to announce the biggest restructure in the company’s history in 2025.
Managing Director Steve Howard said the following,
“After conducting an extensive review of our market we have decided that if we want to remain at the top of the industry and achieve our aim of going uk wide we need to grow and adapt in 2025.
With that in mind, what we currently know as NTE Academy will be restructured into two seperate training brands.
NTE-A will focus on our core specialties in the security industry delivering our flagship Door Supervision, CCTV, Security Guarding and the new SIA refresher qualifications.
And NTE-S, This training company will focus on delivering courses the run of the mill training provider doesn’t have access to.
These include advanced control and restraint, handcuffing, close protection, Frec 3/4 and construction managment to name but a few.
We also plan to expand this offering later in the year to include a train the trainer package.
We then looked at the issue of how to expand our number of centres whilst facing some of the same challenges that allot of small businesses face with rising costs.
The solution is to adopt a model of smaller centres but greater in numbers.
With that in mind we will sadly be saying goodbye to head office at the conclusion of the lease in early 2025 but re distributing those resources to open a smaller centre in the Kingston/ New Maldon area with a second centre planned for June in Eastbourne.
Finally we plan to expand further with two further centres planned for 2027 one in the south west and the other in the north of England”
