Howard Elite Training is thrilled to announce the opening of our new Tolworth Centre.

This new state of the art centre includes, break out areas, parking even a pool table (just don’t be late back for your lessons)

As part of our nationwide rebrand and expansion strategy this centre will take on the bulk of the SIA platform and free up our Kingston Centre for more specialist courses such as close protection, Frec3 and our new suite of train the trainer qualifications all launching in 2026.

Due to popular demand NTE is pleased to announce that we will shortly be adding more dates for our Door Supervisor, CCTV and DS Refresher Courses.

This is due to our second training room reopening after a period of maintenance.

It will soon be a bittersweet moment for the team at NTE Academy as we will be shutting our doors for the last time, the last time as NTE that is.

No we are not shutting down (sorry competition) the first stage of our rebrand is underway and we will shortly begin the process of renaming the company.

So why are we changing a name that’s become so well known for being the best in the industry for training.

For starters NTE has always been a family company, be that blood relatives or people who have known us so long they have become part of the family and we want the family name and ethos at the heart of everything we do.

Secondly a few former employees have started their own venture’s in the private security industry using a similar NTE name and we want to distance ourselves from anyone who would seek to tarnish our name and the work we are trying to do in the industry.

With that in mind we hope our loyal group of customers will get behind our new brand as it slowly phases NTE Academy out over the next 6-8 months.

So what is this name you ask, this future market leader in the training industry?

That name (drum roll please is Howard Elite Training

This new company will not only come with two new sites in a massive expansion but new subjects as well as a focus more on the train the trainer aspect of the industry.

Together I know we can make the training industry even better.

NTE is officially closed for Christmas ! It’s been a big year for the company and I would like to thank all my training staff, support team and learners who make coming to work everyday a different, exciting and rewarding experience.

We have some major changes planned for 2025, new courses and if everything goes the ways it’s supposed to our second centre will be launching in Eastbourne.

But until then I would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas and a Drunken new year.

Ya know what this is going to sound mad for a business owner to say but don’t your book your course with NTE.

That’s what I’ve just told a learner who over the phone who told me that he’s been told if he pays us we can automatically pass him.

To be abundantly clear I would rather see NTE die and me have to go back on the door than for one second damage our integrity by passing a student who doesn’t meet the standard.

So if you want an instant pass f**k off elsewhere because when the SIA catch up with you, your license will be removed.

If however, you want to learn from trainers with over 15 years experience in the industry who work every single day to give you every tool possible to not only pass a course, but prepare you to have a successful career in the industry we can’t wait to welcome you.

What a great week at NTE HQ a sold out DS Top Up Course, an SG Top Up Course a CCTV course and to round the week off a fantastic Handcuff session.

Well done to all the learners for such a great week.

But we are not stopping there, tomorrow we have a sold of Security Guaridng course followed by an EFAW to round the week off.

NTE Academy Ltd is pleased to announce the biggest restructure in the company’s history in 2025.

Managing Director Steve Howard said the following,

“After conducting an extensive review of our market we have decided that if we want to remain at the top of the industry and achieve our aim of going uk wide we need to grow and adapt in 2025.

With that in mind, what we currently know as NTE Academy will be restructured into two seperate training brands.

NTE-A will focus on our core specialties in the security industry delivering our flagship Door Supervision, CCTV, Security Guarding and the new SIA refresher qualifications.

And NTE-S, This training company will focus on delivering courses the run of the mill training provider doesn’t have access to.

These include advanced control and restraint, handcuffing, close protection, Frec 3/4 and construction managment to name but a few.

We also plan to expand this offering later in the year to include a train the trainer package.

We then looked at the issue of how to expand our number of centres whilst facing some of the same challenges that allot of small businesses face with rising costs.

The solution is to adopt a model of smaller centres but greater in numbers.

With that in mind we will sadly be saying goodbye to head office at the conclusion of the lease in early 2025 but re distributing those resources to open a smaller centre in the Kingston/ New Maldon area with a second centre planned for June in Eastbourne.

Finally we plan to expand further with two further centres planned for 2027 one in the south west and the other in the north of England”

At NTE we believe that setting formidable goals breeds formidable results.
